Scope of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Organizational Scope
The QMS applies to all relevant departments, processes, products, and services within the companies newboxes GmbH and newboxes performance GmbH, that are responsible for managing and improving the quality of services and products.
Products and Services
newboxes GmbH: Consulting and development of digital business models, risk management methods such as FMEA, DVP management and quality assurance.
newboxes performance GmbH: Management consulting, organizational process optimization, coaching, and personal development.
Organizational Units
Top Management: Strategic leadership and oversight of the QMS, ensuring adequate resources and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the QMS, including regular audits and employee training.
Consulting & Engineering Teams: Delivering quality-assured products and services inline with customer requirements and internal standards.
Physical Scope
The QMS applies to all physical locations and facilities where processes and services related to the quality of products and services are carried out, including but not limited to the offices in Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg, Pune (India), Munich and customer service locations.
ICT Scope
The scope includes all information and communication technologies (ICT) used to support processes, products, and services related to the QMS, including but not limited to:
Systems and Software Platforms: All internal and external systems and platforms used for process management, project execution, and customer interaction.
Cloud Services: All Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (Paas) solutions used to manage data and business processes.
End Devices: Laptops, mobile devices, and other IT devices provided by the company and used for QMS-related activities.
